I went there to get a cup of coffee, got distracted and didn't receive my change. While at work I called and explained what happened. I was told that once the register was counted, they would give me a call. I went back the next day and spoke with the manager again and was told the same thing. I called customer care day 3 and was told that a message will be sent to the store owner and I will receive a call. To date, I haven't received a call. I will never patronize that store again. At this point, I believe they have no intentions of returning my money.
The donuts were good, but the lady manning the drive-thru headphones seemed to have an attitude.
I had a gift card for this first visit. I liked the look of the breakfast croissant. I also had a taste for donuts. I got both. The croissant was delicious, the donut, plain glazed was not my favorite. I think it was the batter, it just was not the type of donut I like.i will return for croissants.
On vacation from Massachusetts. 3 days in a row the orders have not been close to what was requested. Employees do not understand their product when it should be consistent training for all Dunks.
The staff is so nice. I just love stopping by this location. Best coffee ever.
