The food was terrible. The sign said hot now, and the donuts were not warm in the slightest. The apple fritter I bought was very poorly made, stale, and lacking any bit of apple. The custard in the custard filled donut tasted terrible inside the stale donut. Lastly, the chocolate frosted donuts tasted like caramel, rather than chocolate, covered stale donuts. All around terrible for an establishment known for their donuts.
The prices are kind of high to me so I only go when I have a coupon. They tend to send coupons out at least once every 2 months, which is greatly appreciated. I also enjoy the variety in flavors! Keep up the good work.
Just visited this location to get my morning coffee. I think the clerk at the drive thru was sleepwalking considering her greeting. The coffee was so weak as I was drinking it, I had to check to make sure it wasn’t tea. To top it all off a small regular is a few pennies from $2.00. I used to visit every Sunday morning after church for coffee and it was decent. What happened? Guess I should have gone to Starbucks.
I went to this location and asked for the fresh donuts. I thought they were going to be fresh. They were not . They took the old donuts that I gave back and ran them again through the machine. The donuts tasted old and not at all fresh. They need to do better!!!!!!
Like always the donuts were great. Staff greeted us but when other patrons came in they were offered samples we weren't. Other than this Krispy Kreme is always on point.
