It isn't "service with a smile". Hams were over glazed during holiday. Counter agents need training on showing hams. I observed 2 customers pointing over hams while handling wrapper.
The shopping center at Honey Baked Ham has sufficient parking, the store was well set up for easy movement. The clerks and staff were friendly, efficient, and Speedy. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a good Christmas experience.
Love the punch card and after so many purchases you get a free sandwich. The staff talk to you and it's very clean. The red velvet cake is ( slamming ) which means very good. Sweet and I love the pecan pie. I am fully aware of this diet I've been on but LORD KNOWS I AM HUMAN..?..
AWESOME THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE HAVE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR WORK. I AM AN OWNER OF MY OWN BUSINESS AND I WOULD GIVE THEM RAISES.
Quick friendly service is the norm here. They were well staffed on the holiday weekend.
