Rice pilaf was tasteless and my chicken was super dry/rubbery, but the potatoes were awesome and our server Katie was the absolute best. She made the wait for my remade dish worth while, bought out another(better) plate and kept us smiling and laughing!
Victoria, Curtis ,Mike and Rod are like dining with family....The fun ones, the ones you like!!!!
He of course apologized for any misconduct he may have, or may not have conducted yet this bartender insisted on pressing sexual harassment with her speech. There was no point in speaking with her, i even asked the bouncers if they knew what was going on. They gave me an answer. Unnacceptable regardless, no one should ever be treated this way, especially if there waa a misunderstanding. One star because the bouncers were nice and understanding. Worst bartender ever. Please get rid of her.
All hell broke loose, the lone bartender spewed sexual harassment and abuse at his direction from the bar. All manner of, you can imagine, hate speech was thrown at him while he held his arms up, absolutely confused.
Great food and service! Salmon salad, friend green tomatoes, and alligator were all tasty. The waitress was super and gave us to go cups of fresh, UNSWEETENED iced tea. Nice!
This is for the Absinthe Room you should dissasociate yourselves after this.
A sip.
I always stop here and love their food. Live music is soulful and beautiful. Service is amazing and friendly. Food is top notch and a medium price. We always get our food promptly and its correct. Worth a stop every time I come to Memphis. I love their Po Boy sandwiches, Alfredo, alligator tails and a nice glass of wine.
Never done reviews, I'm more of a reader than anything but, holy cow, i could not resist after this experience. We went to this bar after the iowa state vs Memphis game, very common to have iowa state fans out that night. From Iowa, we were having a great time until we came here. Full disclosure: i was the sober driver and did not order a single drink, so i witnessed these events as they happened. We were four men deep in our group, celebrating the victory.
The dry rub ribs are the the best I've ever had!!!The Wife had a great ribeye, have to try the loaded voodoo potatoes
Then one of us was accused of accidentally taking a sip off the wrong drink.
