Absolutely love this funeral home. They took very good care of my brother and all of my families needs for the home-going of my brother who was murdered. Very sad time for my family and I but they made it simple and easy for us and it really helped take the stress off of my mother regarding not worrying about Funeral Arrangements.That was the handsomest dead person I ever seen. My brother looked just like himself if not better.
When my disabled older sister died unexpectedly following surgery, my family was devastated. I called N. J. Ford & Sons and set up an appointment for the next morning. As people do at a time like that, my family members were late arriving, emotional and still in shock. Given this set of circumstances, I thought the funeral directors had a tough job on their hands...but, the funeral directors, receptionist, and attendants never let us feel like that. They were caring, confident and consoling. They did a WONDERFUL job of putting everyone at ease. Everything was taken care of in the best way possible. We were never hurried or made to feel like it was just a job to them. N. J. Ford & Sons took some of the sting out our family tragedy by giving us a beautiful, unforgettable service. In my opinion, they are the BEST!
Yesterday, I drove from Nashville Tennessee to Memphis for the homegoing of Mr. David C.Neely, a very talented and fine gentleman, according to the life he led and lived, through the many testimonials read at the funeral I do believe he would have approved of the last performance for him on earth, with all due respect to his wife Peggy and children/family, with all this being said I MUST thank the funeral home,staff, escorts for a dignified and much attention to detail they performed during these hours of bereavement, I myself work in the field of customer service and know the importance of fulfilling a task that has to be handled"on the spot" and for that I give you 10 stars for a job in the words of the minister yesterday "Well Done servant,well done"
