Where do I start....they kept a family members body for almost 2 months while giving every excuse in the book on why they had to delay the cremation. When my family member demanded to see her mothers body before they did the cremation then they suddenly have already done the cremation and the owner claimed he was going to personally deliver the ashes in a urn, but when that day came and went suddenly there was a package delivered with ashes that are supposed to be her moms...I have a hard time believing they are her ashes and why can't they explain what happened????? I don't care what your situation is when it comes to a loved ones body being handled properly STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
