I love InsideOut Gym It is always clean. The treadmills, elliptical machines, spinning bikes, rowing machines and resistance equipment always works, and the fitness class selection and availability is great.
Very professional staff, perfectly located gym (close to Griffith university and the Good Coast hospital) in Parkwood village surrounded by health practitioners and clinics: Elemental Yoga, pilates and a 25m swimming pool. The gym has all the equipment you can think of and more. I would highly recommend this gym and enjoyed my experience there very much. Thank you :).
I travel around the country for work every week and I'm constantly looking for a place to get my workout in. While recently staying in Memphis, I found this nice gym in Midtown. I stopped in and spoke with the staff. I was given a tour, and was definitely impressed by the facility and all of the amenities they offered. I perform compound lifts coupled with assistance work, and this gym had everything I needed.
