Brand new LA Fitness (LAF) gym in Cordova TN off of Germantown Pkwy. It is a smaller LAF but has the same equipment of a premier club.
I do not think the manager of this location should be working in customer service. She has a passive-aggressive, disdainful edge to her voice when speaking to people, and generally just comes across unhelpful and discourteous. It's a shame, because this gym looks awesome. If it ever becomes better managed, my family will give it another shot.
Was very excited for this gym to open up, especially since it was right next to Dunkin Donuts! :) kidding, kidding. But yeah, this place looks great, really clean, lots and lots of equipment and classes, AND I firmly believe that this location's district manager is awesome, and knows how to do customer service properly.

I live near the Lakeland location and due to reviews I bypassed it and I took a chance and went to the Cordova location and I must say that FRANK was the truth. I enjoyed him and the entire team. The location if new and clean and it’s located near Tropical Smoothie. I recommend this location.
