The overall setup and areas are quite interesting and even with a 2 year old among several older kids there was plenty to do and I didn't feel like my daughter was fighting for space. The front staff was very nice but only one staff member was fully trained. Most of the staff seemed nice and managed the area well but a few employees were distracted by their phones and personal conversations rather than the job. The staff member in the climbing area was exceptionally nice and good with kids. The playground area was dark since 75% of the lights above the area weren't even plugged into their outlets. It felt like a cave but did offer some really cool areas and I was allowed to go in there as a parent. Overall a cool place to get out of the heat but they still need to work on staff training and finalizing the facility setup.

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!! They were not prepared for us because they were "short of staff". I set up everything myself. The staff most of whom are children themselves do not look after the safety of the kids playing. Rather looking at their phones, etc. I was told our bill was settled. Then we received a treating e mail from the manager saying we owed more money and would be arrested if we didn't pay. We were accused of absurd things as a shake down for more money. Not worth the trouble or worrying about the safety of your kids. I am appalled at this entire situation.

The place is great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun. But the reason I am giving 3 stars is because I paid $60 for my son and his friend to play, and the owner kids was all over the place telling them what they couldn't do. But the owner kids was doing what they was telling them they couldn't do, and they were saying my mom is the owner and we can do whatever we want! Well I feel like my kids paid to play and they should be able to play without distractions or being interrupted!

My wife and I took our two sons and nephew on Father's Day weekend. The price was reasonable as we took advantage of the Father's Day special. However it was under staffed . There just wasn't enough staff to keep the out of control kids/teens in line. Several times my kids would be trying to do something or in line and other kids and even adults would skip them or basically push them out of the way. However we did meet three very enthusiastic employees that made the day much better...Austin, Richard, and Jasmine. Richard was running the wall climbing area and was very kind and interactive with my kids (7 and 10). He even asked for high fives before we left. Austin was very helpful at the rope climbing area. And although my kids got to the top twice and backed out twice he was not frustrated or curt with them. He was very polite and to make them feel better told them he was afraid of heights too and they shouldn't feel bad. Jasmine was helpful and chatted with my wife for a few minutes over by the warrior obstacle course. My wife had questions about the park in general and Jasmine took the time to speak with her and didn't make her feel rushed or like an annoying customer. Those three are a big part of the reason that we will come back to UrbanAir. Kudos to them!

The place is nice and exhausting. I went during a week day celebrating another siblings birthday. He was turning 5, and it was alot they are not allowed to do. So you might want to get the adult add on pass for 5.99. But that still excludes you from some fun exhibits like rock climbing and the thing in the ceiling and the virtue ride is an extra 10.00. And the all axcess pass is 29.99 but it would be a waste for the kids. So know your options going in to try to pay for the correct fit for your family. Get your money worth.
