Nice folks. Not as much selection as Home Depot maybe, but they'll actually take you right to what you need and aren't rushing to run off to do something else.
Great story. Amazing customer service and quick in and out. They almost always have everything I need including odd size AC filters. If they don't have it in stock they can order. Friendly and efficient
Very frustrating in store customer service. I've visited this location frequently since it opened. My visit today may be my last. I spent 20 minutes looking for a specific product that I couldn't find. I asked the key maker for assistance and he was very rude and treated me with disrespect. I like to support my neighborhood businesses but don't like to be treated as an inconvenience to the employees when I need assistance. Will probably decide to take my business to Lowes or Home Depot from now on.
They have the best nuts & bolts section in the city that I've come across, including brass, stainless steel and metric sizes. They even have cork or rubber stoppers for that old Thermos bottle you lost the stopper from! Everything is well stocked & in it's proper drawer (unlike the mega-corporation box stores, if you know what I mean). But admittedly, I'm biased because I enjoy the feel here of the bygone era neighborhood hardware store; much like Stewart Bros. on Madison from years past.
I always have great service from everyone every time I shop there.
