The worker Linda at the paint area was so rude to me. Yes, just me. There were a couple of older white men and she was so helpful to them I let it go because it was probably just me but as I kept looking and asking for help her attitude started to get meaner she just said she couldn't help and that I should just choose the closest color and buy it. When I went to check out she asked what type.. didn't know what she meant but I. wanted flat and figured that's what she was asking. As she continued, a black couple went and asked a question. I felt bad for them because they had been there a while there too looking so I figured we were being treated the same but NOO. She answered as a completely different person. She was so nice and explained every difference between paints and so on. She seemed so disgusted at the idea of having to help me out. I am a Hispanic woman and have never been in a situation like that. I maintained my calm and stayed respectful towards her. The rest of the staff were really nice
People here are very helpful only there was this one guy the had something up his ass because when I went to park there was a cart in my way so I pushed it alittle with my car and he tried to fight me because of it
Paint section employees are very friendly and knowledgeable in this store. Wi-Fi is very fast!
Prices are usually better than comparable stores, selection is sometimes less so. Service can be spotty.
I was at this Home Depot today.I asked the Customer Service Rep. if Veterans get a discount and she said only if your active duty or disabled. I said to her, so since I'm just a regular Honorable discharged Verteran I don't get a discount and she said Yes. I said that is disgraceful and disrespectful to all Veterans.
