Staff was very rude and didn't even look at the problem for what I was coming in for. Nurse practitioner was very demeaning. Will never come back.
When I couldn't get in to my primary I came here and was treated with respect and the FNP knew what she was doing and diagnosed me properly. I had a great experience here and will be back again when I can't see my primary. Thank you minor med
The ladies there were very helpful. I could tell they took great pride in doing their best for the patient. I was very satisfied with the leadership and all of their support staff.
Partner was showing clear signs that they were not feeling well, from being in pain to feeling nauseous to the point where they couldn't do anything. Our doctor did not help, looked us in the eye and just said "nothing's wrong."
-side note: if you are having ear trouble, it's worth it ($) to go here.
The staff is very professional and nice. My husband was in pain and they saw him right away. The nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable , caring, and professional. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends. Great experience.
