Each person I worked with gave me expert service: I had a specific design for a ring in mind, and after sharing many photos back and forth, we decided to do a custom-designed ring. I was informed during each step along the way, I was even on the phone when the center diamond was chosen. The ring turned out BEAUTIFULLY.
James and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during the process of designing a custom engagement ring, which included multiple after-hours communications! My now fiance absolutely loved the ring and raved about how great everyone was when she had to get it re-sized (don't let the corner store jeweler do the sizing!). It was also very special to be displayed on their sign overlooking Poplar after we got engaged! I highly recommend James Gattas Jewelers for a truly personal and professional experience!
