Was looking to purchase a Pandora worst customer service asked for price like 3 times still no one helped just ignored me like 15 min so I just left do not recommend this location .
I walked in tonight and no one said welcome to Jared's or even acknowledged I was in the store after like 7 minutes so I finally walked out! I guessed I didn't look like money to them which they actually missed out!! I guess because I was a single person walking in and the other 2 people that were in there were coupled up! Well actually I came in to purchase a men's wedding ring but I will take my business somewhere else!!! Getting married Friday. At least acknowledge me and say we will be right with you, 3 reps and 2 couples in store!!! Bad customer service! Germantown Pkwy Location
The big black lady was so disrespectful and very rude at the Cordova store. She would not listen to what I was saying and kept undermining my engagement as if she knew who I was, what me and my fiancé wanted, and what budget we had. All I did was asked her to show me some rings within a certain budget. Next thing I know I was getting lectured on what decisions I can and cannot make. I was so uncomfortable and weirded out. It was such a same because I'd been browsing their website and knew that they had several rings that we were close to buying. Well it became very apparent that she didn't want to show me rings within our budget. So I asked her to let me browse alone for a minute. I really just needed to calm down after she piss me off but this women kept talking and talking and talking and following me around the cases like a child. Needless to say I walked off from her and headed straight to the door. I went to Sissy's where I was treated respectfully and found the perfect ring
Unlike the other reviews, I actually had a great experience. I stopped in to browse while waiting on a table at a nearby restaurant and was greeted by Brianne. She was energetic and witty as she showed me the men's watches. She let me browse on my own without that awkward salesperson pressure to buy. They didn't have the exact watch I was looking for in the store so she explained that she could order it and if I don't like it when it arrives I can simply return it. I went on to browse for a few more minutes finding a similar watch at a decent price. In addition, I went in on a day they were offering 15% off select items so I saved a little extra. The process was smooth, professional, and quick. I can't speak for the other salespeople from the other reviews, but if you go in, speak with Brianne if she's there and I'm certain you'll have a fine experience.
My experience here was great. I actually showed them there rating here and asked why it was this way. They are under new management now. The staff is very friendly very helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought an engagement ring here. Mrs. Teresa was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted the whole staff is so nice. Its the first jewelry store ive ever been to that offered me a drink while i was being waited on. Thank you to all the staff at this location for giving me a great experience.
