Managing owner returned call. She said time and again she could not understand why I was upset, she spoke over me, and she did not listen to a word I said. She said I should have gotten a written estimate. She asked if her workers had stolen anything. She told me not to ever call her business again. If I treated people the way she treated me, I would not have any customers.
These guys are excellent. I have a Honda Accord and they got me fixed up. At the time I arrived I had one non-working clicker with out a key. One key w a non-working clicker. One car door with a keyhole that I could barely get my one key into.
