I was lied to and the work was poor quaity. At least they smiled in my face if that is worth anything good. Can't go back and waste any more money tho.

I had a wonderful experience with Quality Safe & Lock. I needed them to change all locks on a house on the same day I called, and they were able to accommodate that request. I live out of state, and they even mailed the new keys to my home. Every person I spoke with was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend their business.
I visited another, more reputable vendor, paid less, and got the right key the first time. So much for supporting this business. Instead of supporting a business because it is monority owned and operated, I will stick to service built upon quality and integrity.
I traveled to the opposite side of town twice to have key copies made. Each time the keys failed to work.
