So first it took them 45 minutes to get my order to me, second once I get my order the pizza are cut all sloppy (I'm talking like huge slices and then a slice that doesn't even count it's so tiny.) and they didn't put the seasoning on the crust. We had to call three times to see where our order was, the first time we got hung up on,the second they told us it would be out for delivery, the third we had to speak to a manager because another 20 minutes had passed and their "pizza tracker" still said it was being double checked. By the time we got our food it was warm at best.
I never write bad reviews but with the consistency of bad service, I thought you all should know this is the last time I will ever order from them.. For me to live less 2 miles away and have to wait for over an hour 1/2 is just ridiculous. AND when they do show up the food is cold
We ordered a pizza at 11:05 and did not get it until 12:45 the pizza was cold when we got it even after we called and were told they made us a new pizza because the driver forgot to grab it the first time out after an hour and 10 min of waiting. Will never order pizza from dominos again we will give our business to papa Murphy's instead. So disappointed becayse we like dominos when its fresh
The workers where nice and friendly. It was very clean and they were fast. But me and another costumer noticed they didn't put on gloves after touching everything in the store on the way to make our pizzas. I don't know if they ran out or they don't use them. I know that heat kills germs but the workers handling the food should put on gloves when they do so. It was not a good look and the only reason I gave them a low rating. Gloves would have got them a 5 star
I can easily give this particular Domino's Pizza Store a five-star rating. Every order that I have placed with this particular Domino's Pizza Store has been well made, delivered quickly and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Every delivery driver is courteous with a great attitude. Even though I have never been inside their store (I always order for delivery service) I can easily recommend this store and am glad to have it as my home store.
