Stress free moving experience. Casey and Ben provided excellent customer service and attention to our needs throughout the entire moving process. On the day of moving, our movers, Mario, Dontrey, and Jeff, gave us superb customer service and quality care. All three worked very hard to ensure our household items were not damaged and that they were attentive to our needs. Very satisfied moving experience!
I have used All My Sons on. Couple of occasions and the Service was impeccable! Eric M. was very efficient and understanding taking care of all of our customer needs. Outstanding and caring customer service. I had an emergency that required moving my entire home on the day I contacted All My Sons... the sales manager Ben provided quick and responsive service... the actual movers (Joe and 3 other guys) were careful, respectful and kind. They were also quite efficient with their time. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The move from HELL!! They are so nice and helpful until they get your business then that changes completely. My move was suppose to be 9 hours total but was about 17. They didn't even move all of my stuff. Had to rent another truck to finish the move. Charged me an extra $500 over the quoted price. The Manager of the company gave me his cell number the day I payed my deposit but as of yet still hasn't answered the phone. Eric the person in the office I talked to the day of the move was very rude when I called to ask why the move was going so slow. I guess he forgot I was paying them or maybe not.
Reshawn Charleston and the other guy (sorry, I never got his name) were awesome! They were fast, professional and punctual. Our furniture wasn’t damaged in the least. Thomas was so nice during the sale. Russel was kind during our first contact. He is the one who actually sold me on the company. Ben was rude.
