Amro shows me sooo much love while I visit! I feel at home when someone says," Hey Dennis!" or "Aren't you Brendas nephew?!" Pretty amazing people and an even better family.
Amro is famous in Memphis - they have a top-notch staff who are very disciplined with the art of instrument repair of all kinds. They gave me a time estimate of when my trumpet would be repaired and then had it done sooner than promised. Prices are reasonable considering the staff are experts.

professional and interested in pleasing the customer without up selling, very knowledgeable if you have any quesrions , truly a wonderful store and uber- friendly staff. I picked up my 1st violin and the person there took the time to answer questions and get me set up to begin, and it was super busy in the store.
