Great walk lot's of friendly active people.
My favorite at this point is Big River Crossing. But then I haven't seen all of it. I'm looking at the view of the river from martyrs park near Riverside Drive. Absolutely gorgeous.

Great place to take out of town guests
This is a great park to get beautiful views and/or pictures of the river and downtown Memphis. I suggest walking north to what used to be called Ashburn/Coppock Park. You can see the Great River Crossing from here, which is worth walking on. You can actually walk over to Arkansas.
