A Pleasant and Peaceful clean and green place. One where I could stretch my legs after a bike ride or long walk along the Missippi River and/or Beal Street or just a long night in the car. I'd play my harmonica, practice my guitar, write a paper, have a smoke, eat my lunch, and/or take a nap, watch the ladies during mid day going to visit Beale Street, Or watch the sun come up in the mornings, or watch the sun going down in the evenings as it set over the top of the New FedX Forum. I would meet people or attend a community event; like the Africa In April Festival; Vendors set up booths and sell chafts nd products produced by and/or from Africa. All of witch led to a great time to be had by all. However like anywhere else, all the parks are closed by night fall and whenever and whereever you go, always watch your self and your belongings.
