I have been hiking here for 2 years and I love it. I walk, I run and a bicycle. I ride the bicycle on the path and also on the trails. This is the wonderful resource that not enough people in Memphis take advantage of. Please come enjoy I've experienced only positive attitude and friendly demeanors.
I love this place I go there every day after work or before work it's a good place to ride bike walk run and just be with friends and family if they walk with you I got there just to be at peace to enjoy life you do it both sides of the rivers trails are wonderful not just one side is but both sides are
Best place to run. Be careful in the parking lot though. Cars have been broken into. Park where the camera can see your car.
Amazing Running Trails! I hate treadmills. And running on the street is just as bad. This place is a perfect place to just let go and run.
Got lost first time there, second time around it feels a lot smaller lol. Its a good place to break in a new mtb, or break an old $100 bike.. Some hard jumps, drops climbs for beginners, but if your like me and have been riding bikes since you were born, than you should be able to handle this park.
