The staff is pretty rub. (Not all) thru do not fox there trailers before others rent or own. They do not have great maintenance. There are bugs in just about all the trailers. They have rules but do not enforce them. Also having a lot of crime. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The gated community appears friendly and is gated. The homes we viewed were plesent though they were all crammed in pretty close.
The only reason I moved out is because I want a backyard for my dog, i highly recommend living here.
I loved it here, haven't had any problems and the staff are wonderful!!
I just rented a moblie home here. The staff is great. Moblie home very nice. I even sent a friend out there today and she wants to live there to.
SAFE and I have the best neighbors! Very well maintained n promptly take care of any problems that are reported, the office staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything... Security is very protective of our residents and are happy to take care of any problems no matter the time... All staff will go beyond their duties to assist with anything you may need.. I love it here, been almost 15 years...
