If I could I would give this place a zero star. Every time I order something and it has to come to this place I cry because I know I wont receive it for another month. Packages get there and they sit there for weeks! I ordered something the beginning of July and it sat at this distribution center for a month until I got it. Now i have another package that has been there for a week. No one ever answers the phone, and you leave messages and no one calls you back. This place needs to be under investigation because something is not right!
I eventually got so fed up that I gave up on trying to track down my package and deal with people who obviously aren't doing their jobs. This whole situation is funny because I had a package come from CA with NO problems and arrived promptly, yet this one is somewhere only God knows where. Not sure why one package can arrive but the other one mysteriously disappears- foul play or just super unreliable?
I know sometimes stuff happens, so I figured I would just call the office and get it sorted out and have my package arrive shortly. This was not the case. It took me THREE calls to get someone to finally answer ("open 24/7"). The lady who answered was unable to help me, which was understandable considering her position, so gives me two different numbers for two different people who can help me. I called the man first, no answer. I leave a message expecting a call back. Nope! I believe it was 2 days later I called the woman. No answer and no call back. Surprise!
Memphis TN USPS Distribution Center is truly a joke! They held my package for over 6 days and then I recieved it to see a sticky note that says they recieved it damaged. Little do they know we have confirmation when it got there it was in perfect shape. So all you employees there that open packages and tear up and or rip up stuff and then lie and claim it was damaged when it got there need to have some type of authority to view the cameras! Every time I have a package show up on tracking that is there ALWAYS ends up mysteriously damaged. It's ok I've been in contact with USPS higher ups and they intend on doing a full investigation along with fingerprints and viewing security cameras. Pittiful that they are to lazy to work and go shopping instead they take it upon there selves to randomly open packages take what they want repackage the box they destroyed and then lie and say it was damaged when they got it. I can't wait to see the outcome of this ! Tracking don't lie either ;)
I needed a package right away but I live in Munford and it wasn't coming until the next day. The gentlemen in quality control made a special effort to track down my package and pulled it out for me which they don't usually do. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and I was able to get my package because of their diligence and care.
A little backstory... I had a package depart from this location on August 2 at around 1:26 pm, so I assumed my package would arrive in a day or two. However, I have STILL not received this package (it is now August 14).
To summarize before my rant- HORRIBLE (NONEXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOST PACKAGE. I would rate zero stars if I could.
I'd rate then nothing if I could everytime I get a package it sits or gets lost at the Distribution Center. Get with the program and stop losing packages. I've been waiting 2 weeks on thus one that us sitting in a truck or on the ground.
They stole part of my shipment, cut the tracking barcode while it was there for 3 days and can't tell what shift it happened on. So I'm out my money but who takes the accountability for this?
DO NOT USE USPS IF POSSIBLE. USE UPS if given the choice. Very disappointed and very angry.
