Needed new roof. Called Excellent Roofing and they promptly came out and assessed the damage, and provided a detailed estimate of what was needed. The Project Manager (Mr. Jumper) was very professional and courteous, and was always available to answer any questions I had. A date was set and the workers came out bright and early, and completed the job same day. My new roof is beautiful, and I have received many compliments from friends and family. Excellent Roofing lives up to their name, they replaced our roof and it was truly the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Because of their "Master Elite" status, they offer a 50 year warranty on their GAF roof system, they put tarps in our attics and vacuumed the remaining debris, and they cleaned up 99.9% of their mess outside (anyone that has had a roof replaced knows this is impressive). They re-engineered a poorly designed "dead valley" and re-did the flashing into a gutter that had been leaking for a couple years. We also hired them to repair some deteriorated fascias. WOW! The house looks fantastic thanks to our project manager, Will Jumper, and his top notch roof and repair crews.
I found Excellent Roofing overall a very good business to work with and would recommend. They were timely with their quote, showed up on-time and the crew was easy to work with the entire project. The only thing I needed to talk to them about was the daily clean-up. My expectation out of the gate was extremely high. A quick conversation solved most of the issue. The clean-up at the end of the project was very good. I have found very little debris in my yard. Highly recommend and very competitive on price.
