Not quite sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about because I have had nothing but positive experiences with Masters Roofing. They have an A+ rating on the BBB which is definitely more accurate than what you see here. They were also voted Germantown's Roofer of the Year- which is no surprise due to their professionalism from the office staff to their salesmen. I personally worked with Andrew and he was great- extremely knowledgeable, always available for any and all questions, and he explained everything to me with such clarity and expertise. Don't waste you time with another company- contact them and ask for Andrew!
Had Master's roof my home last month. I am 100% satisfied. The roof looks great! Dillon Scruggs was our salesman. He is awesome. He showed up on time and went the extra mile to secure payment from my insurance. His staff were all professional and so helpful. One morning we had an old roof, then by evening a new roof and all the cleanup was done. Dillon also helped keep me from a poor color choice by taking me to see some roofs they had installed. It made all the difference! Great customer service and finally an honest company to deal with! I highly recommend Dillon Scruggs and Master's Roofing!

Watch these guys like a hawk! My roof is only one year old. It has the six tab shingles. I received this letter from Master's roofing which I consider to be misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Notice in the attached letter, that Claude Wirt claims to have come by my house but he wouldn't specifically indicate what "damage" he found. Additionally, he claims that nobody was home, convenient huh? But the kicker is that he says, "No one was home when I last stopped by your home; therefore you will have to contact me within the next 21 days to schedule out your roof inspection."
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My home was damaged in a storm over a year and a half ago. I was promised they would go to bat with the insurance company for me. Not only did they not really care what was unfair on the estimate they never even finished the repairs that they were supposed to do. The repairs that they did complete were sub par and they showed up with teenagers to install my floor which is not the same quality as the floor I previously had. The employee Jeff who was supposed to be in charge of things getting done is always unreachable and when he does send someone out, they work for about an hour and then disappear. Do not use these people as contractors for your repairs.
Why would I need a roof inspection if Master's roofing has already inspected my roof? If they will mislead in their solicitation, what will they do when you purchase their services?
