It's ok but I mean like highland oaks is kinda strict and I just went here 4 6th grade but ima try Germantown middle to see how that is
Overall its ok but they are too strict they treat us like kids even though some kids act imature not everyone has to suffer i mean the teachers are just too lazy to pick out the good kids and let the bad kids suffer alone instead of makeing us all suffer, im just saying give us our basic freedoms im an 8th grader about to leave honestly parents if u want a basic school then go ahead but my opinion pls dont not to be mean but we have to walk on the maroon qnd walk all the way around the hallway to get to class loke that makes sence and they make it a must tohave everything we have school color only our shoes are not school color and next thing you know that will change and they might as well make out skin have to be school color and make us all have a certain hair style and about the transportation system... Its unrelyable there is alwase a late buss and the fact that walkers leave last is not a good thing because i mean car riders should go last cuz they have cars and they can get home fast us walkers have to go through the cold or heat or rain last while most car riders pass us by and to me it just seems wrong im not going to gudge the school on the teachers because i know how hard it is to find good teachers but some are just too getto and petty one of my teachers even show strong favortisim to students first off if they get cought with there phone she just says gurl u better put dat up before somebody catch u and when they cuss she looks at them crazy and just laughs at them but when we do it we get wrote up. I have a lot more negative things to say about this school but im gonna stop here
This is one of the schools that most of the staff is black and this is a white own town so of course the staff is under paid and will not act as if they would if they where getting a check that shows what a teacher is suppose to get in a community like this one. I believe if teachers are as bad as parents say they are. Which I have seen teachers yell at students as well as a niece has told me that her coach in gym has cuss her out. This alone can cause fights amount teachers and parents, some must find a better way like making the parents do more or have it where so many check marts on a student or something like that then the students has to spend a week out of school and still have to keep up with class or the teachers getting individual grades or ratings where if theirs get to low then they must be temporary let go and sent to pay for classes that will show them how to control a certain amount of kids.
I go to this school like really know itsa good school because the Kirby kids come to our school and make it look bad but it improved though
This school is ran by a bunch of bad attitude having ass women. How in the hell the kids can't wear blue uniform pants or cargo pants when its part of the uniform colors. Another thing I hate is how the women holler at the kids in the mornings when there being sent off to their homeroom classes. Telling kids do they understand English and screaming at them is not the way to handle things. Its the 3rd day in and my son told me that they can't wear joggers but y'all didn't address it on that stupid list of demands y'all sent home. I will be transferring my child to another school. No child should come home talking about how their scared at school. One thing for sure I don't play about mines and somebody will get hurt talking crazy to my baby....
