Very friendly and helpful staff members. They helped me find a number of shoes in my size!! This is a rare feat for someone with size 16 feet.
The store manager here was extremely rude. She refused to speak to me face to face and instead used one of her employees there to trade messages back and forth while I was 10 feet away from her. I had an issue that the store in the Fayetteville, Arkansas mall had no problem solving. I will not be bringing my business here.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by helpful and friendly staff. The clerk sized my child, offered suggestions and was attentive to our needs. I was greatful for the awesome customer service because I had just left a less than friendly shoe store on the second floor.
I would have just bought my shoes on Zappos but my shoe size has changed and I needed to try on shoes. I was prepared to buy at the store(s) too. However this in not a store to go to if you like customer service. I have a prediction that this place will fall victim to a retail bankruptcy just because I can buy shoes anywhere and the service I received was so off putting I won't be returning. I wanted them to measure my feet, but they said they don't do that? I can do it myself just give me that tool they use at all other shoe stores! So I asked for several styles and different sizes. The guy helping me would only give me ONE SHOE! I need both to see how the fit and feel is. He said they weren't allowed to give customers the other shoe!??? They did have a lot of variety when it came to the shoes they carry to bad for them I went somewhere else to buy my shoes.
I walk in find pair of free runs that I loved which they didn't have my size. ( the guy that helped me didn't give me a name) so I'm like okay I guess I'll find another pair. So I do, the guy takes my shoes to the register as I approach to get my shoes they were NO LONGER THERE. The shoes I 2nd picked out were given to another customer servixw. Plus my sister who was with me picking out shoe for her son ( they didn't have the size). Customer representatives are horrible. Managers seemed like he didn't even care. If it was for me I wouldn't leave stars. Thank you.
