Had a 7:30 drop off... DR. Cxld at 7:29. They called me and said my appt. was @ 7:15...I explained that I had requested a little later drop off & it had been approved when I scheduled. The girl who called said - ok. I told her I would be about 8 minutes late - I was almost there.. she said ok. She called me back at 7:29 & said DR. told her to reschedule. Sigh... puppy terrible in car... so scared... had to get a friend to get child to school for me ( it starts at 8)... husband got off early ( 1 vehicle ) .. lots of ball juggling... 8 minutes...8.. ( that's what maps said...could have been sooner)... I live 40 minutes away... I wasn't trying to be 8 minutes late....

I take both my Pit. Mac & my Chihuahua, Noelle to Banfield & both are on the Wellness Plans! I highly recommend this to anyone with an animal! The staff are super friendly & always good about doing a follow-up call the day after my pets have anything done! Dr. Ziegler is AMAZING, my babies love her!!!
Took my daughter to Banfield Pet Hospital because she had questions about her puppies.. .and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and delighted to help.
Love the staff and the service but very angry of the random closing. When I signed up it seven days a week. Now your closed on Sundays, it's Saturday and your not open why????
