Great doctors and staff. The front desk workers are always pleasant and helpful, especially Mary!
I highly recommend Cloverleaf - the staff that work at the reception desk are ALWAYS friendly and smiling. I recently had an emergency on a Sunday when they were closed and had to go to Animal Emergency Center, but I was able to get an appointment early the next day with our regular vet, Dr. Williams, for a check up. Dr. Williams was very kind and was able to answer all of my questions. I was even able to call and speak with someone a few days later when I had another question. Everyone at Cloverleaf is very personable and they genuinely care about our pets!
I've used Cloverleaf for years and they've always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to help both clients and patients. Couldn't be more highly recommended.
I've taken my pets to several different vets in town, and Cloverleaf is the best by far. The staff is friendly and caring, and Dr. Pearce is an expert in ultrasounds! One of my dogs has some very odd symptoms and abnormalities with his heart, and he's been extremely diligent in helping make sure we keep him comfortable and around for as long as possible. Their prices are unbeatable as well. Very highly recommended.
As an example of how well Dr. Williams and his techs handle animals, my old man cat had to get a steroid shot. He is a big, strong cat despite his age, and when they first tried to give him the shot he reared up and BENT THE NEEDLE. Terrified me! But they didn't miss a beat. Dr. Williams and his tech at the time, whose name I cannot remember but was wonderfully kind as well, comforted my cat and slipped the needle in while he was distracted by chin scritches. Never once did they voice or express any frustration with him even when he made their jobs difficult. It was the moment that I knew I would never go anywhere else. I could write a novel about how much I love this place, seriously.
I used to live right by this vet clinic, which is why I chose it; now I live 20mins away or so, but you can pry this clinic from my cold dead hands. Dr. Williams is the kindest soul; I am very protective of my pets but I have never seen a single person at this office even raise their voice at an animal, let alone be aggressive or rough. Everyone is knowledgeable, up-front, and helpful; even the more quiet, somber employees are not unapproachable or rude. It's very rare that I see a business completely staffed with competent, kind, and good people, but that's Cloverleaf for you!
Also, being dead broke most of the time, veterinary care is difficult to afford but Cloverleaf will never overcharge you. There's a flat fee for exams, but in some cases (like if you have to bring your animal back after a few weeks or you're trying to get medication for an animal they've already seen) they sometimes won't charge the exam fee. Medication and tests are reasonably priced - which does not always mean cheap, remember that veterinarians study and train as rigorously as medical doctors but get paid far less. Medical care is never cheap, not for animals or people. Despite that, regular, preventative veterinary care was merely a vastly expensive pipe dream before I found Cloverleaf. I will never take my animals anywhere else.
