Had a great boarding experience. The front desk staff is wonderful as usual. The dr. Always called me and took the time to explain results of tests, shots administered and the care while he was there... also to discuss meds that were given or going to be sent home and how to use them. So this visit as well as previous visits were great for us.
Dr. Balthorp is absolutely the best vet for dogs in the city. We have been bringing our pets (2 Labs / 2 cats) for over 15 years. Recently remodeled and unbelievably convenient for East Memphians

Dr. Sweet and staff are the best in Memphis! We had to put our poodle to sleep today and they didn't charge us anything at all and the staff hugged us while we cried. Also, when we got home, there was a rose in a vase with a sweet note. Words can't express how grateful we are for them.
No wait at all, and the techs and Dr. Smith were fabulous. Cleaned up my carsick cat, and were very good with her. Definitely will be bringing all my pets there!
