My husband and I have been looking for good clinic since we moved into the area. Its hard to find a practice that treats you like you are part of the family. They go above and beyond all expectations set. I highly recommend this clinic!
My husband and I were passing through Memphis on our way home to GA and our puppy needed care for his eye that had taken a hit from a tennis ball a couple of days before. We called 45mins before closing on a Saturday and they still welcomed us even when we weren’t regulars at their office. Dr. Tower was personabe and his staff were all welcoming and friendly. Definitely made an impact on us being treated so well and having a peace that Boomer would be ok as we finished our 15+ hr car ride back home! Thank you all!
I've been coming to Memphis Animal Clinic for the last 4 years. They are always great with their customer service, and treat my dog with love and care. There have been a couple of times where I've run into financial situations and they have worked with me to give me the best deal for my pup, and still give him the treatment he needs. Great staff, great doctors, I'll always choose them.
My pet is always treated like the only pet in the building. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! And Dr. Tower is the absolute best! I can't imagine taking my furry fam to anyone else! Thank you Memphis Animal Clinic for all you do for my four legged family members!
The clinic was very helpful, and informative of the problem I was having with my dog. I, of course, wanted to to take the most aggressive route I could so I appreciated MAC giving me those options. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. Thanks!
