Very kind, gentle & professional staff. These people love to help animals, & keep them healthy. It's not just their job. I've been taking my dog to them (at different locations) for his annuals for the last 14 years. I have nothing but praise for them. And, judging from my, still spry, 16 year old dog's reaction to the visits, he feels the same way. He goes in wagging his tail, & leaves the same way.
