The doctors at Walnut Grove Animal clinic have treated my animals for several years. I am extremely satisfied with care they have received and communication with the veterinarians and staff.
This place is full of great people (vets, techs, kennel and daycare staff) that really care about the animals and their owners.
Going to the vet is often painfully expensive, but we love Dr. Debes and Dr. Breland. Everyone there has always been very friendly and personable... even at the end of the day.
This place is so awsome an very quick an effective when it comes down to talking good care of my sweet yorkie love this place is the best.
When we adopted our Frenchie the rescue required us to have a vet knowledgeable on the brachiocephalic breeds. We lucked out on finding Dr. Slattery who himself has bulldogs and is very familiar with the breed. We loved Dr. Slattery and loved the clinic. We moved away in 2015 and have returned back to the area. We were excited to return back to Walnut Grove but our interactions in the last few months particularly in dealing with the front office staff has been disappointing and less than satisfactory. They are not especially friendly and clearly have no customer service brains. Small inconveniences like not informing people of construction related issues with parking and accessing the building, and staff that act like your questions are burdensome and stupid give the impression that they are not interested in anything other than your money. Even trying to get our dog's medical information faxed to the new vet was like pulling teeth and they still haven't completed this task.
