The customer service agents at the rental counter were very nice. Very simple and easy process to get the car. Checked out and in with no problems.
The second time I use them the car that I was renting had a fault and they could not have been more helpful, swapped the car over straight away.
Ashley Magee was very patience and very attentive to my needs. She answered all my questions and even assisted in getting my membership number back in tact. I will definitely be using them again

Loved that Vin Diesel helped me with my rental. (Not really Vin Diesel but he could be his double.) The service was quick and the customer service was Amazing!!!! I give 4 stars because of the extra charges that weren't covered ONLINE when I reserved the rental to begin with. I was taken by surprise with the extra $300 some odd charges that I couldn't/can't afford. Wish the online reservations had such choices before hand.

I was very pleasant and polite and was rewarded with rudeness. The lady made me feel like I was interrupting her time/day. She pissed me off so much I went upstairs to enterprise even though they were more expensive. I left with a smile paying more but at least I had great customer service with Enterprise. Dollar... your Memphis Airport location is a pile of $#!+
