A really nice bunch of folks. They put my husband's lift on the back of our car. We went down to the VA to pick up his scooter. For some reason, the lift would not lower to put on the scooter. I called United Access and explained the situation. Even though it was almost 5 o'clock, Scott came to the VA and fixed the lift. He will never know how thankful we were to see him pull up. If anyone is looking for lifts for scooters, this is definitely the best place to go. 5 star service with a smile.
