They are very understaffed. It took hours to get a car and around an hour to return a car. The two staffs there were really helpful and did the best they could though.
Don't know how you're supposed to rent a car when no one here will pick up the phone? Highly unprofessional. Will not use them again.
People are great, always nice & fast. Easy to get in and out. Webiste needs to be updated, as this location is only open until 430p during the week.

I was renting from this location (whitten rd) for about 3-4 months its straight overall it depended on the people that work there employees some was straight some was sneaky n some was both the cars wasn't the best majority of them had stains smells chips n windows I would recommend airport location if u want perfect cars please before you rent a car know how it performs when renting a car from them cause they half ass explain to you and take your money (like they did me couple times)
