Issue with an online pre-order. Was instructed by Customer Service to go to the store for assistance. Store Manager flatly refused to look up the order.
It's frustrating that a BAD employee gives this company such bad image ! She not only obviously was having a bad day , but taking it out on customers! Rude , careless , and hateful attitude. Truly doe not care for customer service at all, she claims she was the manager as well, hard to see great history of smiling genuine customer service from at&t be represented by such terrible employee. I won't go back because of this employee.
