Good customer service
Usually a really busy store and the staff seem pretty young. Have had some less than accurate advice in here in the past and for that reason prefer my local Gamestop in Oakland.
Really rude manager. An exciting midnight release turned into a manager that was clearly angry not wanting to even speak to me.....sad because I usually buy all my games here. Must be why Gamestop is struggling.
Steven make this store! His staff is knowledgeable and loves to help. I don't buy games anywhere else. Keep up the Good Work!
