Cannot even talk to sales representative that's on the sales floor spent the worst 30 minutes on the phone people are not knowledgeable at all that answers the phones! If you could not talk to the people on the sales floor how you gonna find out what they're capable of and what their knowledgeable of? That's why I quit going up there and as well they don't know the ADA laws… Wanted to see a certified letter that my service dog was a certified trained certified dog! No such animal as a certified letter! Very stupid people don't even know the laws of the state or federal laws and they stated their corporate makes there own laws! How stupid is that? I am finished with Best Buy as as well as a lot of other veterans I talk to you! You tell one veteran they tell 100 more veterans how you and your service dog was treated! Very stupid people and corporate very stupid people!
I'm rather disappointed with Best Buys. I've spent quite a bit of money there.
The man told me he was going to charge me $39.99 to fix the problem. The security software cost $49.99 I wasn't about to pay anymore.
I don't think I'll be shopping there again.
It wouldn't even install on my phone so I wasn't going to risk it on my computer.
This store has definitely inspired me to continue making purchases through them. With prices the EXACT same as Amazon, it's actually EASIER to go to the store now. I went to buy a camera lens and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and not once did I have to look or wait for assistance. I ended up leaving with several more items than I planned on purchasing because the associates were so helpful (which went beyond the information I could get from online shopping) thank you for Wowing me, best buy!

The mobile department is full of teenagers who lack customer service skills. All the employees were entertaining each while lacking care to customers. Not only did the employee almost sell me the wrong phone I had to wait over 30 minutes for her to cancel everything from making upgrades to my account and printing shipping label for me to return my phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Go to your wireless service provider where adults work.
I called the Geek Squad & they instructed me to go to the store & they would help me. I went to the store & explained the problem & told the associate the Geek Squad sent me.
I went in to buy security software & the associate picked one up & told me it was exactly what I needed.
With avid gamers and electronic buffs in my home, it's a true need to have a place close to replace accessories, game cards, and cell phone accessories. The selections and prices are always available and competitive. Associates are always willing to help. Great experience every time I shop.
