Top Notch! I've gone to MCT several times in a near state of panic (my laptop is my life). Mike and Russ have always managed to get me back in business quickly. And if the problem is a quick fix, they won't gouge you by charging an arm and a leg. Prices are quite reasonable and service is quick and thorough. They're my first "go to" guys!

Took laptop in since it would not come on. Was informed that the hard drive was bad but he managed to pull 17GB of pictures and documents from it. He wanted $150 to move the files to an external hard drive or $450 for a new laptop. I paid for the diagnostic $35 and took the laptop with me. The hard drive was removed. I took it to someone I know, he plugged in the hard drive and it was fine. Probably a corrupt Windows file that caused the problem. It will be fixed with all the files intact and fresh install of Windows 10 for $140. I will NEVER set foot in this ripoff joint again.
