Picked up a quick lunch. Had chicken salad on a croissant. Wonderful and fresh!
I waited and left at 5pm.
Only one car in shop.
Came in for a single tire repair, they had 1 car on the rack before me, there were 3 tecks working in the shop, they brought mine in, took the tire off and began to work on other coustomer cars that came in after me, some coustomer didn't even fill out any paperwork, they waited on them in front of the over head door's. This place needs a manager that can direct it's employee's as a team. Poor service.
Why does it take so long when they said it would be 20 mins. Why do you leave an employee in shop if he can't help customers. He told us he couldn't do no work while other guy was at lunch walked around and did nothing. Thanks this is why I don't spend my money at Sam's customer services going down the tub.

We needed our tire repaired there were 2 black employee in shop said it would get to it and we stayed till 5pm

And train you're employee
Black guy went to lunch left other black employee in the department said he could do nothing in shop.
