First time buying in your store. I went in looking for a bracelet for my girlfriend. I looked at a few. I advised I had my price range but was not liking what I was looking at. Liliana pulled out this wonderful bracelet however it was a little out of my price range. She told me to hold on while she could see what she could do. She came back with a price that fit into my budget. This all took place in about 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to your store with the customer service that was shown by your sales associate. Well done.

This was the best customer experience that I've had in a jewelry store. My wife and I went in to look for a wedding band for me berore our wedding. Lilly and Amber were so helpful that I returned the enhancer that I purchased at Kay's so that I could shop with them. They made the tedious task of finding the perfect ring fun. I doubt that I will ever shop at another jewelry store.
This was my 3rd time to purchase a gift at the Wolf chase Mall location. In each case the staff assisted me in narrowing down my requirements, found those items within my budget and also discovered additional discounts off of existing sale pricing. I couldn't be happier. And the recipient of these items was happy, too!
