I have the feeling many people don't know that this Shelby County Clerk's Office/specific location exsists. If you know what to look for off the street and around this cluster of bulidings, you can find the Shelby County Clerk's Office fast. The surrounding area is well labeled with lime green signs. After you enter the buliding you have to walk through a metal detector. When you are cleared you then follow signs to whichever office you need to visit within the building. I went to renew my vehicle registration/buy an updated license plate sticker on the last day of the month... I was expecting at least an hour wait, not the case here off Mullins Station Road. There was ample, very swift, and polite staff in the Motor Vehicle Office and I was impressed. Of all three Shelby County Clerk's offices I will make it a priority to return to this one.

I called just to get simple information and the women in the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be going to this location.
