Horrible wait time! Had an appt and still ended up waiting for over an hour and a half with not so much as a single call back!!!! Checked in at the counter 10 mins before appt, and NEVER heard anything else from the staff. Stupid slow!!!! What's the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait half of your life away in the fn waiting room?!?!?!
They need a better system. People wait hours to be seen regardless if they have an appointment or not. Some of the staff not all are extremely rude. One worker was on her phone and eating while she was processing my stuff talking about a client. They would rather take frequent breaks and run their mouths instead of getting individuals out the clinic. They are very unprofessional here. I've been waiting for vouchers to be printed for over 2 hrs.

Went in to get varicella 2 shot and waited 2 hours! Woman after I came in asked for same and It took them 20 mins to attend her. I went up to the front desk and asked what's going on. He went to back and came back saying they were confused. If I dint day any thing I'd prob be there until closing. Need better staff
