My daughter and I have plea for help for 4 months to help feed my three grandson.getting run around and lies. They have ignored 5 different appl. And when they call you they call the opposite phone to reach the person they call knowing the person the call is not at that number but each time the called my daughter was with me each time they called. They got the right person anyway and the reps did not know how to act, so to there intentionally trying to bid credit here and I anyway and also refuse to let me make the house hold changes as supposed to do. They said it must be set up as Two cases. The last lady we talked to said as the other times we have 30 days to process your case but, we won't because you have 3 little ones. What the don't realize is all the times they called my phone for her I recorded it and so did my daughter.this will be sent to Tn. CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND WASHINGTON DC FEDERAL DHS DEPARMENT. FOR proof of this conspiracy. We recorded also names on the bogus calls to attempt to corrupt our case.
If I could give no stars I would. This office has case workers with bad attitudes. I was scheduled a phone interview she called with a nasty attitude said she dnt know where I'm application was. After all that i sent her what she needed then days later I get a letter saying I missed my appt. So I applied again get another scheduled phone appt my case worker never called so I called her about 10am that morning which my appt was at 830am, so when I called my case worker I was sent straight to a recording telling me she was at home. So days later again I get a letter saying I missed my appt. I've tried calling the office no answer so now I'm calling Nashville. Very unprofessional workers. 2 months without food stamps
Hateful/unprofessional. Nothing can be done to fix the problem. The single and only action would be to fire every employee, and close this hole.
I have been waiting to get my food stamp benefits for almost four months now. I reapplied in May, never got a call or anything so I applied again in June. Gave them all the info that they needed and sol no answer! Call my case worker I get the vm every single day! Called Nashville the lady told me he had 24 to 42 hours to contact me......still NOTHING! Go back to the DHS office to all them what's the issue and the young lady tells me that it doesn't show me applying since last year. Get a new case worker and a over the phone interview and she has a jacked up attitude from the jump.Gave her all the info she asked for and still no food stamp benefits! Its rediculous, and very unprofessional. No one should wait this long with no answers. But I bet you if I were a hoodrat they would run and give them to me!
Been waiting 2 days for a phone appt that waa scheduled! But when i go on 3rd street,business is taken care of! Makes no darn sense at all. If yall that busy,you need to hire more people with they rude ass! Update: went back down there as of 11/14 just to sit for 4 hrs for the rude ass supervisor to tell me someone will "call" me and for her NOT to hear out what i was saying or she was in such a rush to leave because it was close to closing. Either way they just need to clean shop and start the hell over. If you dont want to work,dont bring ya monkey ass in that day.
I'm disabled so I can do little .I feel the discrimination from. DID Memphis ,Jackson office. You would think the state office would do something about this but then maybe that's where this comes from maybe these are in memorandums to all employees to reject people out of Random. I thought it was a racist thing but now after I read this and all the different races that have problems with DHS. You know in Memphis if you're not a minority most of the time you don't get the job. 1986 I tried to apply with MLG Memphis after my daughter was born, they told me they could not take my application unless I was a minority. I know one man it's worked for MLG and W for 37 years he goes to an establishment where my daughter works and has told her the same thing if you're white you're lucky to get in there or any other race for that fact. Fed up with Tennessee looking for other options in other states I'm severely disabled myself can't do much they know this but they don't care they are helping me. But that's because I'm disabled in the federal government's going to OverWatch what they do to me. Everything from now on my reviews will go to Washington DC I want to make sure this goes Federal they can play with me all they want but you know what I may have less than 10 years to live anyway what the hell else can they do to me they hadn't already done or denied me or denied my family when they need them the most. Who are we when we stop thinking about the welfare of kids and what their next meal is going to come from. This reminds me of the opiate epidemic that we got going on and all the people dying now that they're putting a strain on the opiate for the people that need it did Ben on it are actually addicted to it and they stopped them the doctors won't prescribe them again so they go in withdrawal you know what happens the dumbasses will find a way in the street to either buy them and increase the black market or buy heroin. Is our country pushing us to commit suicide? God help us all and I pray to God that we will get people that care about people in our systems. If we didn't have so many illegals here collecting in the DHS system and people abusing the system that should not even be applying in the first place but dude to get something free be banned permanently unless they can prove without a doubt they're going through the hardships. DHS needs a oil change seriously.
