The movers never showed up and ignored all of my calls. I had to move everything myself. This was after reserving a time slot over a month in advance and verifying my move date/time 3 times, including the day before. Do not use this company.
I wish I could give Zero stars, it’s a reason why they are so much cheaper then other places. Please don’t use this company. When they picked up my furniture, they told me they would meet me at my storage, it’s took the 2 hours to do so and after telling me they needed me to meet them for more gas money!! So they drove around in my uhaul wasting gas for 2 hours., then once they finally made it to my storage they started rushing and yelling at me saying they don’t have time to finish unpacking my stuff because they had another appointment, I called the boss and he wasn’t that much better then the workers. After they finally finished, they refused to drive my uhaul back to my place. Horrible horrible experience.!
i left two messages after booking their services on uhaul that went un-returned. once i went online and cancelled them, i received an immediate call. too late.
