Worst customer service ever - worst moving experience ever. We had a contracted move with Ewing in which they damaged almost every piece of furniture we own and lost valuable items like an irreplaceable image of my newborn son. They have avoided phone calls, not followed up on claims, and I was even hung up on twice. Every time I do speak to someone, the person that I'd been dealing with previously magically "no longer works there." They marked every piece of furniture we own as damaged on our inventory list (without explaining to use what they were doing), and then tried to use that to refuse to repair the furniture they destroyed. They brought things into my new home that were not mine, and then tried to claim that it wasn't possible that they'd lost my items because they're all "kept together" ... so how did I get someone else's stuff? The owner was no better. When I told him that I'd be calling the company that contracted our move, he told me to feel free: that he'd been moving for them for 25 years and they "aren't going to care about what someone like you has to say."
Since they are uninterested in making the situation right, I'll instead file a BBB claim and blast the internet and review sites until there's some sort of resolution
