Super super severely strict company. A disciplinary atmosphere. Praise few an far between. They do offer their staff good trucks on the road for hauling.
This terminal is Huge. Showers is clean, little bit smelly though. To get in the yard is kind of confusing ( just figure it out ) plenty of parking for bobtail. When you get in you have to disconnect your trailer and park it on Zone G or Zone E and then park your tractor at the bobtail area. The driver lounge is all the way to back from the main entrance. Dispatchers are nice ! Very helpful. Addition to that, they have swift store, place to eat.
Great to walk around every building for amazing exercises. Its sooo fun to try to run around. But dont drive where everyone else goes if theres a sign that reads do not enter. If you do, you'll get chewed out by some stupid spoiled brat phony bolony macho man wanna be. The employees that actually work at the buildings all day treat us truck drivers like we are a peice of trash. And if you ask me, if they dont stop, they just need to be fired. But other than that, they have great buildings. They are super pretty and they have lots of glass.
Excellent company, this terminal is a bit different than others. You can't reset and stay connected to a trailer, security will ask you to move. The only Swift Terminal that will enforce this, showers are decent, lounge is decent and there's food delivery available. Overall, not the best, but OK! Tire shop is really good though..
