Scratched our brand new flooring, then refused to pay for damages because employees claimed they used a pad, when I clearly saw that they didn't. Manager never followed up for my side of the story or any proof, just took his employees word over mine.
My experience with two men and a truck was absolutely horrendous. I was scheduled to move on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't get moved until the next day Sunday. The actual movers were awesome. They sent the wrong size truck the movers got what they could. I had to rent a u haul for the rest of my things. When I called them to speak with someone. About the whole ordeal. I was told I don't usually make that type of mistake. I'm sorry
My experience with Two men and a truck was smooth. They came on time, loaded everything down to the last piece of foam. Their behavior and overall demeanor was courteous as well. Everything finished on time and I did NOT at any point feel like they were dragging their bums to charge more. All items including behemoths like 60" tv were moved safely. Overall happy with the experience. Will hire them again.
Wish I could give them negative star review. This is the worst moving company we have come across. They were scheduled to arrive today between 8-9am and they came 5 hours later with no prior information that they are running late. When the guy arrived he came with one person instead of two and as soon as he stepped in the house, he said are you moving the whole house (wth of course if I’m moving home I am moving all my stuff) this person didn’t even see my stuff that was supposed to me moved and he stepped out and didn’t show up again for 40 min. When my husband called the company they said moving two bedroom furniture will take them 7 hours( we had told them we had to hand over the keys today by 5) hence he said that they need 7 hours to move and would charge us 900$
The movers were pleasant, smiled and did not complain about anything. They were quick and respectful of my furniture. From the first call to the move ending, this company was amazing. I will definitely call them again!
